MSI, MSIX, and App-V packaging for Microsoft Intune and SCCM-managed estates. Built Packaging Console to remove the daily friction of the job itself.

Twelve and a half years on one of the largest enterprise Windows estates in the world — 60,000 users across 55 countries, 1,000+ applications delivered. Led the SCCM to Intune migration and was a key packager on a $100M Windows 10/11 transformation, cutting deployment failures by 40% across desktop, Citrix, and VDI. Directed and mentored a 7-person packaging team under strict ITIL governance.
